PSFA (PARENTS, STAFF AND FRIENDS ASSOCIATION)

The PSFA is a non-for-profit organization made up of those who strive to enhance the lives of our children. Our aim is to raise funds for our wonderful school by organizing various community spirited social events in the course of the school year.

WHO CAN JOIN?

Parent and carers automatically become members when they enter the school. We also welcome anyone who would like to stay in touch with our school as well as staff.

HOW DOES IT WORK?

Each class has its own representatives and we elect a committee annually at the AGM. At our committee meetings we discuss future events and fundraising ideas over a nice cup of coffee. For those who can’t make meeting, minutes are emailed out by class representatives.

HOW CAN I GET INVOLVED?

Speak to your class rep or our Chair Inge Marks, or come along to our next meeting. Dates of meetings are advertised on the school’s website calendar. Anyone is welcome so why don’t you come along and find out more.

We need creative people who enjoy fundraising and can come up with exciting ideas. We need team players, keen to volunteer or contribute in any way towards upholding our spirited school culture.

WHAT DO WE DO WITH THE MONEY?

This year we aim to raise at least £14,000

The following list of proposed projects/resources for the new academic year 2018/19 has been drawn up in consultation with staff; the PSFA committee hopes to provide a number of these requests using the funds raised:
